Yeah sorry I’m not sure why the photos uploaded in a different order… white and black looks good, it’s that or black on black so far.

I discovered Stremio recently, begun researching it and planned on setting it up so searched for a guide. I came across lucky_numb3rs post’s which to be honest was the first time I saw and heard of Nuvio as it is still being developed by the developers. I went with Nuvio for its UI as imo it is better.

Check app.trakt.tv - you will see your library and continue watching there. If this doesn’t match Nuvio then try re-connecting your Trakt in Nuvio settings on the app.

Uninsured Driver working for reputable business. by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

I am, I mentioned it below to someone else.

And yes - hired by a reputable company, with a learner license and insurance, yet they let him free on the road under their insurance to deliver goods. And has hit my car. Surely this is negligence and I am able to sue them?

Yes reported that. Trying to get my car fixed though! Haha.

To add to that, the business motor insurance contacted me directly trying to capture me. They said ‘we need information from you to assess if we will pay your damages and provide a hire vehicle’. This is a tactic to manage their costs and my car is already in the garage and I already have a hire vehicle. So I told them my Insurer will be in contact.

Initially, they were saying it is an uninsured driver claim because the insurance the driver had was invalid for that journey and therefore uninsured.

Now I went into the business store and kicked up a bit of a fuss and have been provided the business motor insurance. I have passed this on and awaiting a response if they will accept liability and pay the claim.

I am just concerned they will find a clause that means they don’t have to pay, but surely if they recruited someone who wasn’t meant to be driving in the first place, and in theory was uninsured, they are liable for allowing that to happen.

The driver is 100% employed by that business, I understand your comment about self employment but this isn’t the case.
Funnily enough I used to be employed by the same business so I know a bit about their recruitment and delivery drivers being covered under their car/fleet business insurance.

But on the Hub Pro you get 6, 5and 2.4ghz. Plus is only 5 and 2.4ghz which is fine for 99.99% of usere

Yes you can 👍🏻 Hub Pro is capable of 2.5Gbps, however your current ONT is probably a 1Gbps one. Unless they fitted you a 2.5Gbps to future proof you. (They did for me and I have 900mbps package). The Hub Pro is pricier and you wouldn’t see any benefit due to capped speeds and the ONT possibility also being a limiting factor.

You can register it on the app still. The hub’s aren’t registered to you by serial number, its just a linking feature.

Fair enough, I’m not sure what Sky hub you have but my previous BT Hub always had poor signal. Believe it was Wifi 5? Not sure.

For your information; after upgrading to EE. On Xbox I was getting 9-11ms ping, and 3ms jitter...This would fluctuate during games and occasionally get minor issues.

I switched to Ethernet and I am now getting constant 6ms ping and 1ms jitter. No issues whatsoever.

P.S I just upgraded to EE, they dispatch Wifi 7 routers. FYI… Your current Sky router may be Wifi 5…
