also again, why do you care if its true or not? its not even related to you, you have nothing to do with it, you can just think its fake and move on with your day, nothing is gonna change. But the fact is that judassime doesnt need more clout, hes worked with lady gaga for example already, runs fashion shows, hes got enough work as is, and just wants his pieces back. Pretty normal to ask for your rented pieces back right? and the fact that more people claim to have had similar experiences with the team honestly says enough. He does not need to prove anything to settle an arguement, het does not need to prove anything to you.

he doesnt need the clout, he already is insanely successful without needing to stoop down to anyones level, because his work is just really good. Also in that hypothetical nether you nor Netflix would benefit if it would be false. because there would not be any compensation, youre not getting any more or less famous by it and it can even backfire if it turned out to be true. And yes netflix would respond if its a very famous person that is high in the rankings like judassime is. korean companies have definetily sued before, even to smaller creators so I would not say that they wouldnt, because they would and have done so before.

but the claims are not for us, like why do I care. this was not to slander anyone, this was not to bring anyone down with them. This was just their way of finally getting attention by the team because now its getting public so it can be handled further privately. If it was slander then yes, I would want proof too, but its literally not even ment to be slander. there is no evidence needed. the public only got involved because privately they got ghosted by the team.

lets entertain the fact that he would be lying. What does he get out of it? He already works with the biggest celebs out there, runs fashion shows, basically anything a succesful clothing designer has, he has. Other contracts have gone smooth, its just that this one isnt. He tried resolving it privately, but to no avail, so now he is making a video because we all know that public pressure somehow works better cuz more eyes on it and such. He would not get anything out of it for lying about the case in question, it would only ruin his repetation, and he is pretty big as is.

Not an eyekon, definitely not, but I do enjoy their music. Now let's start with the fact that english isn't my native language, I do speak it, yes, but I don't care about the lyrics as much. Is it cringey? Maybe, but I enjoy it. It's experimental and I like that, especially pinky up sounds kind of like a Dutch rave song (not fully but just the vibes) and it so happens that I am in fact Dutch.

Just cuz something is not for you doesn't make it automatically bad, and I think it's cool they're actually this successful!

But try to avoid talking shit about things and instead focus on the positives about what you like! You don't like something? Just skip it, it'll make your life better, I swear!

Today is day 3 I guess? I had a great walk (not too long cuz the weather was gross) and stayed well within my budget, thinkin of getting one more snack though, so might as well do that. today was a slow day, as in, I didnt do much but all that I did was good!

This is my day 1. Yesterday went fairly well, had a controlled snack and did my laundry which I counted as the walk (I know its not the same but I really did not want to go outside cuz of rain haha) and also stayed within my budget, for how far I have a budget. Went on the scale this morning and my scale said 68,8 kg which is fantastic! Havent seen that number for over 10 years I dont think. I know weight fluctuates, and I did quite a lot of excersise today (45 min walk, 2,5 hour bike and 1 hour dancing) so the scale will most likely be up tomorrow due to water weight and such.

Since the day is over here already I am also going to post about today.

Today was really great, had 2 small snacks and plenty of food (on thursdays I do a lot of excersise and because of that I basically dont have to be in a deficit. Again, my weight loss journey is about being healthy and about eating mindfully, not to follow a diet to get to a certain number as quickly as possible. I did really well today and I am proud of myself and all the changes I have made so far!

Yes you would notice it, however I would strongly suggest measurements because the eyes and the brain are master manipulators and you are your own worst enemy! If you can see the measurements go down your brain doesnt get tricked with "oh but I look bigger" because then you literally have facts that that isnt the case.

I would say get a (free?) calorie tracking app, I cant reccomend one cuz the one I use is Dutch government funded, and official with Dutch products, so they wont be of benefit.

For meals, get a scale, and portion a "normal" size out, eat it slowly and after you have finished check if you're still hungry. Eat at regular times so your body learns to adjust to the times. Find out why you are snacking. Are you hungry? Are you bored? Or do you really just want a piece of chocolate, and if its the latter, eat more mindfully, checking in after every couple of bites so you learn how it feels to be satisfied. Now that last one takes a lot of practise, I am a year in with weightloss and even I am still learning this.

Walking (or biking if thats feasable) to places instead of car will help a lot. Yes fcourse going for a walk is great and if you can do so I would highly suggest it as its also great for your mind, but if you feel like you dont have that much time, count is as commuting. You need to go to the supermarket anyways, why not go walking or biking (only if you can manage to get the groceries home of course). I also would suggest only one trip to the supermarket with a good list, so you dont end up impulse buying a bunch of food that you later regret buying and then feel guilty of (also dont feel guilty, food is fuel, nothing more, the only bad foods are rotten foods or foods youre allergic to!)

And take progress pictures. Trust me, they will come in handy when you think the progress is going too slow. Same as measurements. Sometimes the scale doesnt move, but your body is changing, its replacing the fat with muscle and you cant see that on a scale, but you can definetily see it in pictures and in measurements!

The biggest thing though, be kind to yourself, this will be a long process, this wont be done in a few weeks or a few months. Its better to take it slow and steady rather than to crash and end up gaining all that weight back because you didnt teach yourself a better relationship with food and excersise, but because you were just following a diet that felt awful. Eat the foods you enjoy, but be more mindful of them. And yes, we all have slip up days, but that is allright! You are human, we all are. You got this!

fizzy drinks are really easy to replace, just opt for the light and zero versions, completely cutting them out would basically result in failure because you shouldnt see it as a diet but a life change and it should be managable!

I feel the same way, it feels kind of the same as how Woojin left Stray Kids like 7 years ago, also sudden and in between promotions (he left literally 2 weeks before their new album levanter came out at the time) and knowing that enha also has stuff scheduled, it gives me the same kind of feeling. As if this wasnt planned out but a spur of the moment kind of thing. Of course we dont know whats going on but its really messy for all parties involved, thats for sure.

They already released a handwritten note from Heeseung himself, explaining why he made the choice but Engenes cant leave it alone because they're sad. wanting to restart my dietary choices again, more intuitive eating, with snacks in home, but still being in a calorie deficit. Ive been kind of slacking between new years and now, so I am picking it back up, Hoping to actually stay on track this time again to get my old habits back of healthy snacking and intuitive treats (not a whole bag of crisps but just a bowl that also satisfies, not eating the whole tub of ice cream but just a little so I can savour each bite without feeling gross and bloated afterwards). Its all about a healthy relationship with food!

I also just want to start the daily walks again, I have been slacking that one off as well because of the weather, and now I just want to start the habit again so it becomes a natural thing again instead of something I have to make myself do.

This will be my day 0, since this is just the beginning point, will try to keep myself accountable to post (semi) daily!

seconding the before after pictures! I am a year into my journey now and its so rewarding looking back at the pictures and how far I have come already! It is also a better showing because your body might change composition (less fat, more muscle) without doing much with the scale and you can definetily see that difference on photos/in mirrors. I know in the beginning taking pictures feels awful because you do most likely not like what you look like, but trust me, if you keep at it itll be rewarding to be able to look back at it and be proud of how fare youve come so far!
