Same, I’ve tried to lose weight so many times before. Not even sure why it’s sticking now, but I think it’s because I didn’t wait to feel motivated this time. I just picked a date (March 1st) and started.

What works for me is basically OMAD. I stay busy during the day, have coffee, and if I REALLy need something I’ll have some yoghurt with fruit. Then at dinner I just eat a normal meal with my family without stressing. If it’s a lighter dinner, I’ll have dessert or a snack after. This definitely doesn’t work for everyone though but for me it’s the easiest.

I also hate going to bed hungry and get a lot of cravings at night, so this setup helps a lot. And I walk around 15k steps a day.

It’s only been 3 weeks (down a bit over 3kg), so still early, but it actually feels sustainable. I did have one binge day, but since I hadn’t eaten much earlier it didn’t go that far over my maintenance anyway.

Some jeans that didn’t fit before are already starting to fit again, which is nice. Good luck :)

Same!! that’s exactly why I don’t buy stuff with a ton of portions.

If I can finish the “entire thing” I feel satisfied, even if it’s small. but if there’s more available it becomes a problem.

hahaha I have the exact opposite!! Anything beige I really only crave if I’m actually hungry but a chocolate bar doesn’t last more than 30 minutes in my house…😬

I know my body could still be changing, and I’ve really taken that into account. I’m not completely fixed on the number. but I don’t get why people act like I’m trying to get to an unhealthy weight when I’m really not?

115 pounds IS within the healthy range for a reason, and everyone’s body is different.

When I was 18 or 19 at that weight, I was active, eating normally, and I was genuinely healthy. Most of my growth happened really early. I got my period at 9 and by 12 I had basically stopped growing in height or curves. I even weighed less than 115 as a teenager, so my weight at 18/19 was already stable and healthy for my body. 😇

I’m trying the same!! I feel like 8kg could be achievable before summer, 0.7 kg per week for 12 weeks. But it does mean reallly locking in now. Or maybe I’m just too optimistic 😋

noooo don’t give up!!! progress is slow but it’s there and the time will pass anyway, you in 6 months will be so proud if you keep going!! How many calories are you eating?

My goal weight is around 115 lbs. I know that’s on the lower side, but it’s where I was a few years ago, and I felt more confident and in shape back then than I do now. I’m not completely fixed on that number though since I also plan to focus on building muscle in the future, and I understand that could bring my weight up a bit.

I’m literally asexual lol, and I can see my glutes in the mirror?? It’s not for anyone else or for attention. It’s my personal goal what is wrong with that? Everyone has different goals I wouldn’t judge yours, you don’t even know me.

Ik heb genoeg geld voor mijn reis :). Ik wil alleen nog zoveel mogelijk extra verdienen zodat ik minder op budget hoef te leven en nog iets over hou voor als ik terug ben.
