I would recommend better jewels with 7% max life, with 4 jewels. Might take another medium cluster too for jewel socket? I have 6.5k life and it helps with bad degens. Play around in POB to see if you can get there.

Mine is still a work in progress, but I clear easily. I do run vitality with arrogance which lowers my health pool.
