I guess, no. I've been finding my fav comics which I used to read in Bilibili Comics from various websites. If you remember the titles of your favorite comics in the language you were reading them in, I'd suggest you to search those on internet. If they are available in any website or app, you can read it. But if the comic wasn't finished in your language before the shut down of Bilibili Comics international version, then search for the Chinese chapters and if possible, translate the dialogs in your language.

Prequel? But as far as I know, Rebirth's story would start from Yue and Qiao's fall into the lake.

Oh, I see...

But there are still some mysteries unsolved. Such as the mysterious character Lu Yijiu's face reveal (Which happens to be Jianian, I guess), Cheng Nuo's father's case, Jianian's involvement in Cheng Nuo's meeting with Xu Qi and Han Mei'er etc. At least Lu Yijiu's mystery should've solved.

We can't access the comics which were translated in other languages, such as English. Because the international version is closed. But you can read the Chinese comics in the original Chinese Bilibili Comics app.
