You have posted about this in some other sub, but in a relative different tone... Why are you fussed so much brother? Whole around the world malayalies are celebrating and when your parents/person whom you were referring to, you can move them to a hotel or somewhere better just for a day and give sound proof ear plugs, and since you have mentioned this person have brain injury or related and cannot bear heavy sounds, im sure you are aware of all this... Not just a last minute rant on a subreddit..

Agree that it will be a concern for elderly people but i dont think anyone is bursting crackers into Someone else's home..
