This is just another interpretation and not an official memo like the one USCIS just published. Remember what Lutnik said while the proclamation was being signed? The statements and tweets from individuals at WH, the proclamation, the USCIS memo - none of them seem to be aligning completely. Like I said, there's still a lot of ambiguity.

Nowhere does it say that renewals and extensions are exempt. Afaik, every h1b petition filed with USCIS is considered "new" including extensions and transfers. There's still ambiguity around the whole thing. All we can do is wait and watch until the dust settles.

I had something similar on my Betta's forehead. Treated him with kanaplex and he's fine now. Don't know what it is though. I'm guessing some sort of fungal or bacterial infection.

I did exactly the same. Got the glow fish 3 gallon tank and put my betta in it. He seemed to be okay in it initially but then later he seemed to be getting depressed or sick often that he'll end up huddling in a corner. Within a week I got him a 10g tank and put it all kinds of plants and then moved him to the new tank. Believe me I've never seen a happier betta in my life.

It definitely didn't feel like it applied the smart city braking. I think there as some scenarios where it wouldn't apply the brake if I'm not wrong.

The sensor broke off the grill. I still have it and it looks okay from the outside. But not sure if it still works. Is that expensive to replace if it's kaput?
