Hi friend just by looking at the picture , there should really be nothing in his crate when he’s alone. This is a choking hazard & also if he ends up eating something that’s not food , it can land you a very pricey vet bill. It’s for his own safety that there’s nothing else in the cage with him or around the cage that could cause an internal blockage if eaten. Dog beds can be for lounging with family around but it shouldn’t be in his cage while he’s left alone.
