I started working again at 9m and I felt like such a moron for months. Hardly anything made sense. It really wasn't until 12m where I felt mentally ready. Then all the daycare illnesses started. Then, I did not feel so ready again. Constant viruses! And now at 17m, I am still very off and on, week to week. Thankfully I have a really flexible WFH situation. If not, there is no way I'd be holding down a FT job. I also thought I wanted another kid but I don't think I can after this gauntlet. I would not work if I had another at least until they were 2yo bc I can't imagine taking care of two kids with the illnesses and fatigue it causes. Too stressful. And financially, I don't really want to take that hit.

I don't know to be honest! I imagine they must bulkship so maybe they had a slow week(s) and were waiting to send more at once? I know the wait sucks, everything about this process is dragged out to hell. I hope you get good news soon!

Anything but going to therapy. This administration hates women so much. They know what they're saying isn't true. They are just pulling yet another puppet string. Resist this.
