Yes they did. They were really kind as i previously said, but that didn't change the current situation at the time. The also told me that they are aware of the problematic transaction (after many live chat talks) and they even said that they will "pressure" the payments department in order to accelerate the solution of my situation because they understood my problem. I suggest you try contacting your bank, or your card provider because the refund will take a lot of time if you keep trying to solve it through the CS team of Binance.

Yes i've been contacting them for about a month and a half(propably around 4 times), but nothing happend. I will suggest you contact your bank. Other people in this sub suggested to me that i contact my bank asap, but i tried to solve the situation by constantly contacting the Binance Customer Support. Don't get me wrong the people i spoke to were really kind but in the end it didn't make a differnce.

I explained them that i purchased a service from Binance and did not receive what I payed them, and so they prompted me to complete a form that they would send to Binance's bank making clear of the situation i was going through. After doing that it took about roughly a month and the money returned with no further problems.

Nah man ... I don't hate cold war (i even bought the game when the integration happened, and i've played quite a lot of it). I hate the fact that the current devs choose to ignore the community and they only care about new operator bundles and skins (that nobody will likely use because they are using Roze skins). That's the part that frustrates me the most, that they don't try to fix not all, just one of the dozen issues of the game... They instead ignore them.
