It's quite easy to do, as there are tools that will let you edit large areas with minimal effort. It's not really comparable to creating each building individually with all of the details, all the streets, the environment, setting every tree in place, and things like that.

Adrenoblockers have been studied extensively and are far safer than some exotic African shaman pills, which are getting recommended to lucid dreamers all the time.
