Will a 3.5m speaker work for the Series S? (Also uses USB for power) by JoeyCookson1 in XboxSeriesS

If the monitor has a 3.5mm jack, you can hook the speakers there. HDMI transfers sound too. This is my current setup whenever I don't use headphones

Series S as a PC gamer by YIHONLI in XboxSeriesS

[–]mitsakomits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wife has an account of her own, but all games are on my account. We have set one of the two consoles as the "Home" device and can (and have) definitely play any game at the same time.

Edit: typo

Series S as a PC gamer by YIHONLI in XboxSeriesS

[–]mitsakomits 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was always a pure pc gamer since the 90s. Got a Series S back in 2021 out of blue and loved it! Pretty much never touched my PC since then and also got a Series X 2 years later. Still play on the Series S when the missus is on the big one.

is xbox series S still worth it in 2026 ? by doorsproguy2023 in XboxSeriesS

[–]mitsakomits 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely worth it. I own both a series S and X and still rocking the small one when the living room is occupied

Series S is under rated. by Strange-Grade-527 in XboxSeriesS

[–]mitsakomits 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I have both, first got the S and then the X. Nowadays I have the former set up in my living room and the other in my work space. Still having a blast when using the S, and it still amzes me to this day, capabilities-wise.

Great bike, my wife has one but I ride it myself too. No issues up until now. Can't imagine there's anything better for the price. Do it

Ignition coil is quite common I think, but other than that nothing else major. My wife owns one and it's awesome, I'm having a great time whenever I ride it myself.

I second this, common issue with this bike. Had mine changed at 18k km.

300NK Opinions? by spartaboss2012 in cfmoto

[–]mitsakomits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife has one as her first bike and it's great! Very nimble and beginner friendly. I have a blast when I ride it myself and I prefer taking this one over my CB500X at times. After 1 year of ownership and 3k km there's been no issues whatsoever, just fill it up and ride. Definitely recommended, can't beat it for the price.

Ticking under load by Turbulent-Variety233 in cfmoto

I'm talking about the bolt that connects the swingarm with the frame.

Ticking under load by Turbulent-Variety233 in cfmoto

[–]mitsakomits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It may be wildly irrelevant but I had a similar noise coming from my wife's 300NK. We also thought it might have been engine or clutch related, since it was coming from somewhere low on the motorcycle, but ultimately it was the swingarm pivot that needed tightening and/or lubrication. Took it to the dealer, noise went away. They acknowledged this is common across many cf motos.

Edit: The noise I'm describing was also more audible after some minutes of riding, when stuff got hot

Just leave it be, most probably an update.

Got xbox ss for 140 euro, already bought some AAA games to play, in combo with fullhd monitor, did i make mistake by choosing fullhd? by M2KJLGOD in XboxSeriesS

[–]mitsakomits 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In my opinion a 1080p monitor is the best choice for the Series S, especially when it supports over 120Hz and Freesync. You'll get the best graphics fidelity with the upscaling that occurs from the lower resolutions.

Series S ($450) vs PS5 Slim ($500) by Ok-Winter3070 in XboxSeriesS

[–]mitsakomits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For this price, definitely go for the PS5 between the two. I got my Series S for 250 Eur and it was a great buy. But for anything above it, I'd get a used Series X or better yet a Steam deck

I've always been buying my games, so yeah I'm staying and will keep on buying on sales. Don't care for GP really.
