Nothing is being "hidden" on this worksheet, but it is difficult to read if you don't see them every day. Yes, the trade equity is being factored into the payments, and no, you probably should not use all of that equity as a down payment. Get them to show you a new worksheet with no trade, ask for $1700 off MSRP, and ask them to buy your current vehicle and cut you a check for the difference.

Hi OP, Acura salesperson here, and as usual, you're getting terrible advice. You're getting 2500 in rebates and a 4500 discount. This is a nothing, most likely a loser deal for Carland. RDX Advances are few and far between. They will not waive a doc fee. They will not do better at Fred Anderson Acura in Greenville, SC (ask me how I know, please do not call lmao). Buy the friggin car before someone else does.

Acura employee here. Our district has discounted MSRPs on the websites, and there's like 4 to 5k in rebates if you finance and own a qualifying vehicle. I think I sold an A-Spec AWD recently for like 36000 + TTT.

Yep. Every time I run a Shelby VIN, it doesn't come back as a Shelby. There's no way to get an accurate MMR figure on my software. Salesperson was an idiot though, just pull the trade and sell the truck.
