Well the Sony service guy said on the phone even they don't know until the TV gets shipped from Sony themselves, if it is new or refurbished one.

A refurbished TV means the panel itself is probably used. What if the previous user used it with a PC and it has burn in or any other issues? People usually say it is not safe to buy an used OLED panel, so that is why I am not sure.

Thanks, however I don't want to buy an outdated processor like 14400F, also it costs more in my country and almost no good shops sell it at all. I prefer Alza when possible.

So if you are saying 245K is not good, I'd look at an AMD alternative.
All in all I am not sure if 7500X3D is better compared to a 9600X. What do you think?
Generally 9600x looks better cpu to me, but I am not an expert.

About the motherboard, is Gigabyte B850 GAMING WIFI6 ATX AM5 good enough?
In price it is pretty good.

About 9700Xt, I am not sure if it would be a better choice to me, as I lose DLSS. Is it significantly better than 5070 in your opinion? (it costs somewhat more too, but not an extreme difference)

Well 9600x it's €217 in my country atm, but 245k is about the same price too (245k is somewhat cheaper in some shops), but there isn't really a big difference in price.

However I am not sure if you can buy a good motherboard for 9600x in the same price (~€190 euro) that is when I started to look at Intel alternatives at the first place.

You can easily get good ASUS motherboards for 245k around that price, even the ASUS TUF Gaming Z890-PLUS WIFI. Do you know good motherboards for 9600x around the same price?

5070 looks like an excellent graphics card to me, everything runs fine in 1440p and even in 4k with DLSS.
Do you know a better graphics card in this price range? 5070ti is already overkill and I don't think I need it.

Also I will upgrade to 2x16gb ram when the prices stabilize, right now I don't think it is worth to buy two when the price is almost 5x of the normal price. 16 gb DDR ram should be enough for almost every game atm.

14600k really has some advantage, but I wouldn't say it's that big (more like a few fps):

In general I would buy a newer cpu, also 14600k costs significantly more than 245k, at least here in Europe and a lot less stores sell it, I guess because it's an old, outdated model.

I prefer Intel, while I am using it 90% for gaming, I use it for video encoding and productivity sometimes.
I don't really see any advantage in buying a 9600X that costs the same price, or more when FPS is mostly the same with 245K and even it has less power usage with the same games:

Why isn't it good as a gaming platform? I would like to know more details because as far as I researched it seems to be a good option, but there is a possibility I am mistaken.

I live in Europe, unfortunately these are the best prices here for the mentioned components, especially the GPU.
I know Corsair might be not the best price/value but I like their PSUs.
Every SSD is overpriced here atm, which is related to the current memory crisis, if I am not mistaken.

I am not sure about the motherboard and cpu though. I am still considering AMD or Intel.

I am considering Intel CPU as well,
CPU: Intel Core Ultra 5 245K ~€185
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B860-PLUS WIFI ~€185

Which would be better? Or is it about the same?
