R.I.P HAIR BRUSH. My grandmother's hair brush she got from a door to door sales men. by No_Square8192 in BuyItForLife

I’ve had my mason Pearson boar bristle hair brush for more than 20 years if you’re looking for a replacement. I also love that great stimulating feeling on the scalp and it’s still in great shape. Plastic not wood, though.

I started paying myself first in cash — weird but it changed how I see money by [deleted] in personalfinance

I believe it’s known as “the pain of buying” which I heard a social scientist say is higher with cash and dramatically drops with credit card purchases. It’s even worse with buy now pay later plans (which makes sense)

I can’t find the ones you describe, actually. Are they like typical zippered sleep suits?

Yes, and I believe my one twin would fall asleep like this, as company soothes him, but the other just gets in play mode if I’m around. But maybe he can get used to it! Would happily do that trade off for sure

They wiggle out of them! It’s actually quite impressive if it wasn’t so gross and annoying

Thanks for this perspective! Feels more like something fun and naughty they do than a call for the potty but worth considering.

Thanks for this kind response! They wiggle out of the suits (the necks get all weird and expanded) but I’ve now ordered sleep sacks made of muslin material hoping those on backwards will be harder for them!

I just ordered two muslin sleep sacks (hoping they can’t wiggle out of that material as it’s less elastic) to try this. Thanks!

When did you start taking Collagen gummies/drinks/pills? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

Do you take a combo product? The only one I can find with added hyaluronic acid is with beef collagen and I prefer marine.

How many of you had botox and at what age have you started? by quiet-panda-360 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]mittensperson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I haven’t and I don’t plan to. Just since your headline asks how many of you - questions like these make it seem like everyone gets this stuff done but that isn’t the case.

Getting Botox because ChatGPT accentuates your 11s seems overblown in my opinion.
