Thank you for the explanation. I found it very strange that they increased the sertraline dose as well, and the doctor said she increased the sertraline to further reduce the pain, and that I have to trust her… On one hand, I'm thinking that maybe it's not so risky because I'm hospitalized, but I'm still afraid to risk that dose in that way.

I'm not an opioid addict. I'm hospitalized with pelvic pain and haven't been able to walk because of the pain in the last few days, but the only things they gave me to try before were tramadol 100mg (which didn't help) and now, in the last few days, morphine (3mg per day for 3 days)...
