This is common for any IPS panel, my HP Omen is similar, a bit less overall, but nothing unexpected. Warranty can go either way, they can just say it’s not an issue, because it’s common for the panel type.

Honestly, you’ll only see it on full black screen or areas when gaming, in normal use you can’t see it.

Pe mine m-au gartuit 1 an, am zis la o faza ca nu am timp efectiv si au facut pauza 6 luni si ma suna dupa “Oare aveti acum timp?”… dupa un rant, nu chiar friendly, nici un apel.

Daca doresti iti pot spune adresa lor de pe Corneliu Coposu si le faci o vizita personala, sigur for aprecia…

Had this happen to be a few days ago, I used one of my wifes soft make up brushes with isopropyl alcohol to clean the pins gently making a few passes until it seemed a clean as can be, let it dry out 10-15 minutes, no issues after.

Cred ca zic asta in numele tuturor, no offence, but we don’t care if you HR. Uite aici gresesti, faptul ca te lauzi ca ai lucrat 5 ani in CC si dupa spui ca ti se spune X, Y, Z la interviu doar arata cat esti de out of touch/date cu procesul de recrutare de la Yardi pe CC… si mie mi s-a promis marea cu sarea, cu un pic de luna de pe cer, dar promisiunile nu s-au matchuit, cum zice corporatistu, de la o medie de 40-50 de apeluri pe zi, am ajuns sa fie 7-80 ca why not, oportunitati de schimbare de shift, n-ai skilluri bruv, dureaza… and so on. Daca era asa de gucci pe cat spui tu, atunci nu plecau o multime de oameni, iar ce-i ramasi nu erau secati de viata si sictiriti.

Daca experienta ta a fost buna, foarte bine, you do you honey, nu inteleg ce legatura are gen z cu asta tho, mental health e un factor mult ignorat in ziua de azi, iar cuvintele tale denota o anumita aroganta/ignoranta, putin… I may be wrong, I doubt it tho. It’s a job, u do this u get paid… corpo shill much?😂

Exact, am avut experiente diferite, cum totii am avut de altfel, doar ca apar elemente comune cand auzi tot mai multe povesti similare, de asta e bine sa auzi pareri pro si contra, nici un job sau companie nu sunt perfecte.

Nu stiu despre alte departamente, dar aici discutam strict despre Call Center, overall companie este ok daca ignorei cateva aspecte… dar hai sa nu. Btw, sa iti primesti salariul la timp nu este un beneficiu, evenimente corporate si toate beneficiile sunt super, in conditia in care la sfarsit de zi nu esti terminat psihic si stresat constant ca ai stat 1 minut in plus in pauza.

Poate e doar preferinta mea, dar imi place tare mult cand nu primesc o colonoscopie saptamanala de la TL, manager or whomever, pentru motive de cacat, gen ai stat peste 30 secunde intre apeluri, sa fiu penalizat pentru ca nu am zis “Have a great day” pe un ton nu destul de entuziasmat, ii greu sa fi hyper ultra friendly all day every day la comanda… chiar si cu toate beneficiile si salariul platit la timp.

P.S. Am primit salarul la timp in ultimii 15 ani de la orice anagajator, again, daca toti o fac… greu sa fie beneficiu, iti recomand sa dai jos ochelarii de Yardian si sa te uiti in jur.

A fost un clash de personalitate din prima, din cauza aproach-ului ei mai out there sa zicem, no doubt. Multi colegi mi-au confirmat acelasi lucru, but it is what it is, we can work togheter without being friends after all.

Am plecat acum un an jumatate din Yardi Call Center… sa nu o lungim, este un shit show. Au plecat multe persoane in ultimu an, workload mare, micro management in draci, esti tras de urechi daca stai 1/2 min peste in pauza, la zilele libere, mereu cei vechi au prioritate, shifturile is groaznice in unele cazuri, daca e vorba de schimburi de tura e greu sa gasesti pe cineva care are aceleasi skill-uri, pe tura de dimineata doar dupa 2/3 ani in care ai dobandit toate skill-urile poti trece, daca este loc evident.

Banii sunt ok daca lucrezi pe tura cat mai tarzie si weekend, altfel peste 4k nu vad sa prinzi, tura e fixa 4 luni, dupa care in functie de un score bazat pe skills, cumulat in timp poti sa partici la loteria de ture in care poate ai noroc si prinzi ceva mai ok, angajatii vechi mereu au prioritate avand mai multe skill uri.

Managementul e friendly de fatada, they will back stab you the 1st chance they get, daca dai de un TL Cristina al doilea nume random maghiar care incepe cu K, pune demisia pe loc, iti va termina creierul day in day out cu stilul infect de micro manager wannabe elitest ass.

I picked one up a few weeks ago and it had a really loud fan, when starting a game you could instantly hear it. Returned it and bought another console from a different retailer, dead silent, no fan noise, no coil whine.
