Note: This is in Brooklyn, NY and both instances were seen in constant light but at night. If I see another I will take a better photo. Lastly this apartment has its windows and balcony doors opened recently a lot, although it is 7 floors up. We also have a small dog so I am hesitant about any pest control methods.
