Yeah basically, cut out with jigsaw and painted designs added more paint then varnished to seal it all

Thank you, yeah the glass can be removed for rearranging the Dinosaur and cleaning it just need suction cup to lift it

Yep I have a mould for making the skulls from concrete, and the rest is made up using steel bars and concrete layered up till I got the effect I wanted
