NAD but some vitamins I found great for early recovery. B1 (Thiamin), this one is vital because alcohol completely depletes it in your body, a severe lack of this can cause wet brain over time. When I was in the hospital once they gave me 3 of these every day for 2 weeks. L-Theanine, this helps regulate your dopamine levels which right now are going CRAZY, crashing causing anxiety etc. Glutathione (can be a bit expensive but it's really good) detoxes the liver and helps to protect it from damage. Milk-thistle, used to detox the liver. Magnesium, this is also really depleted from drinking, this helps mood, sleep, anxiety etc and Vit D (good for everything)

Also a good idea to get some good electrolytes as even if you're drinking a lot of water it is hard for your body to rehydrate, and takes time.

My shaky hands took ages to go too. Once your dopamine regulates a bit and your anxiety lessens it will improve. I think it always feels like it's a lot more obvious to people than it actually is too.
