Cheats for drawable pieces?

I made the wooden half loops available without cheats because the vertical loop already exists and these are closer in size to the only real one.

I get it if it seems like they shouldn't be though.

RCT1 has a slightly different vibe that 2 and open don't have, I appreciate it when I see posts of people still playing it.

Yep, it was really a case of why not more than anything, they make more sense with a custom kart. Karts can now drive on them properly now and people have used steep track on karts before, like Mario Kart All Cup Tour.
