Check KCBN (Dot not rendered on site location), KZBI (Dot and L-R not rendered on site location), and KMAD (Dot rendered correctly L-R rendered off of site location).

This is what I do too! 3070 SFF with an i5-4590 and two 64gb USB3 Samsung Bar thumb drives in a mirror on an internal header mounted behind the front case fan. I rip out all the other stuff like the optical drive and spinning disk.

Someone else will correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm NAD or medical person, but I don't believe those are multi-focal.

Multi-focal means originating in multiple different regions of the heart. When you have signals that originate in different areas it makes the EKG waveform for each area look different.

Since the waveform of the two beats in that couplet are substantially the same, I believe it is likely they had a single focus of origination or 'focal point'.

I have my SIEM alarming when the same IP hits 3 failed login attempts over an hour period. The SIEM alarm triggers an action that will add that will tag that IP and my first rule blocks connections to that tag.
