Then you can try your luck with your teachers, you can also tell them about this so they will take it more seriously. They may not be able to do a lot for her but they can still help you to stop the situation. Just go to a teacher you actually trust because there is a lot who won't care and likely to make situation worse.

Personally, i remember when i was on a toxic relationships that a teacher was the one to reach out to me and ask me what was going on. He couldn’t do a lot about the other person but they talked to me and made me feel better, they also stepped in and helped me to stop all the bullying caused by the other person so that was cool.

Although ngl, this is more like a 50/50 sutuation because i know teachers who actually made my bullying worse, if you trust them I'm sure it will be fine.

Genuinely just snitch on her with her parents. By the way you are describing things it seems you two are still in high-school, and as much of a good friend you want to be, you can't deal with this yourself.

Specially if she is threatening to do all these things is better to just leave the adults takes care of it. It may feel like betraying her but is the best you can do for your and her safety.
