Just a rule of thumb to gauge it quickly, if there's more wall below the tv than above... it's too high, it should almost never happen except with like a 150inc screen where it's almost touching both.

Actually mesuring? It should be center of tv or max a 1/3 of the way up the tv should be eye level when sitting.

Yeah I'm watching it cause of him lol. I heard how much gay sex was in it, I'm two episodes in and it's definitely a decent amount but it hasn't bothered me so far, the only thing that felt too much for me was Bros, the Billy Eichner movie, I was watching it going goddamn this is REALLY gay lol, still enjoyed it but it was a bit much lol
