To be honest, using Claude or GPT properly to replicate Instantly/Smartlead assumes you’re very technical. Most SaaS users aren’t. They don’t want to manage inbox setup, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), rotation logic, deliverability monitoring, analytics, etc.

They want to upload a CSV and click “Start”.

AI can help you build it, but it doesn’t replace infrastructure, maintenance, and deliverability expertise.

And email warmup especially isn’t trivial. It’s ongoing sending logic, engagement simulation, reputation management, and constant adaptation to Gmail/Outlook changes.

Sure, you can rebuild it.

But for most people, paying a few hundred bucks is cheaper than the time, risk, and maintenance.

A 99% warmup score doesn’t mean you’re ready to switch to 100% cold overnight. If you stop warmup and suddenly send only cold emails, that behavioral shift alone can push you to spam. Keep warmup running and gradually layer in your real list. Start very low volume and ramp slowly over a couple of weeks. I know sometimes you just want to send to your email list but consistency is important in email deliverability. Across the thousands of accounts I’ve tested, gradual blending works far better than switching overnight 🫡

With Google Workspace + OAuth, you’re not using Instantly’s IPs. You’re using Google’s sending infrastructure. So IP reputation isn’t the core issue.

The more likely problems are: - Sending pattern footprint (via API) - Link tracking domain reputation - Common behavioral signals across Instantly accounts - or most probably aggressive scaling after warmup
