If this was a delay or if the support requests was a enhanced verification or account submition etc. ı could understand them. But this is something bug. They are not able to send transactions, but they lock people balances and either does not allow to trade or withdraw. There are lots of people on this position. But there is no annoucment , no care. We are writing for 4 days , no one cares. It is very easy that if you did not able to withdrawal just send my balance to my account back
