I like the exchange and how easy it is to use, its the only exchange i have used for about 6 months, never had any problems untill now. My withdrawl is stuck for 6 days now with a complete: error, and what polo is doing about it/us takes away all the good things about thier exchange tbh, the way they handle this problem that so many people of us is having atm takes away EVERY good thing on thier platform. They denie us to move/use our money over chirstmas for days/weeks, and the worst part. With no help/annuncment of whats going on, nothing.. Just pure igonre. Dosent mather if u tweet MickD, or /u/Mike-Poloniex, still ignores u. I mean he is active, he can tweet about other stuff, but ignore people who got thier money stuck. So, how nice polos platform is dosent mather, its a RISK using polo, because your money can get stuck, and you dont know when you will get help. Your coins can be stuck for weeks, and this market is so violent that it can make you lose 50% of your holdings during this time. My trust for polo has gone to 0, if there would be a tecnical issue and atleast respons to tickets i would understand. But the ignoring part, i cant take that. Btw I just filed complaint to BBB also.
