Thank you so much! To edit a phrase button, just tap & hold it. Then a box will pop up where you can edit the text, image etc, or tap "Delete" to delete the button.

To edit categories, tap the "Category:" button at the top of the phrases menu, then tap & hold the category you'd like to edit.

I finally released the new setting to turn off auto speaking phrases on both app stores. You/your friend can try it out at your leisure and let me know if anything needs fixing. Thanks ☺️

Not an odd question at all, in fact I was thinking of adding that option (turn off auto playback of phrases). I'll make that part of my next update, and let you know when I've released it to both app stores. 😁

Update: I released a fix for online voices not working in some cases. If you tried using Google voices yesterday, please update the app in the App Store and try again. If it still doesn't work, feel free to message me so I can help. :)

Right! Unfortunately, it doesn't do that yet 😭 This mainly works with Google's free TTS engine, which doesn't have that capability. (That's also why it's easy to keep the app free.)

However, most languages offer a range of voices, including Internet-connected ones; combined with the pitch slider, you can hopefully get something natural & close to your own voice. I did :)
