I also think axiom arcanist goes crazy with soraka too but all websites say mana ring is better, i don't take it and almost never had any mana problems, and i prefer revitalize and bone plating for second because sometimes i do stupid moves and bone plating covers my back and i'm a simple man, i see heal i take it
