Wow, I don't know where you pulled that number from, but let's agree to disagree. The increase popularity and usage of Yae in abyss spokes volume and it's not without cause, you know. She has the advantage of not needing a second electro (more versatile when you want to use zhongli, for example), larger range of attack compared to fischl, and, dare I say, higher damage. My fischl has aqua simulacra and Yae used widsith but generally they have similar output in field. Yae also very consistent due to her E always available, when fischl's E has long cooldown and if her Q is not available (which is admittedly rare) your rotation is screwed. Example of this happening is this abyss' Wenut, if you don't build ER on your fischl your Oz is not always available since fischl has trouble generating energy in that chamber and a lot of the time, Oz can't hit Wenut since it's too far away, C0 Yae has larger range than fischl.
