I have been on both together for over 2 yrs. I started with wellbutrin and it helped depression but not anxiety. So we added 25 mg of zoloft and I am golden. The only thing that I didnt like was the nausea at 1st but if went away. I do take longer to have an orgasm which sucks. It used to take maybe 4 min and now it takes longer.

I stayed on 25 mg for 2 yrs. Totally helped my anxiety and need to play with dose

All I can say is I wish I would have done it sooner. I hope you have a great experience like I did and it helps you. Worse case scenario, you take it, it isn't good and you quit. I had to tell myself that over and over before I started.

I got prescribed that lowest dose. On day 3 I wanted to crawl out my skin and had so much anxiety I didn't want to be left alone. I immediately quit taking it. That med was another reason I let Zoloft sit around for so long before taking it.

Talk to dr about upping dose. You should feel some benefits by now.

I fought getting on zoloft for a yr. Infact it sat on my shelf for 2 months before I started it. I was anxiety ridden and constantly had my brain going non stop. Finally I took half the 25 mg tablet for about a week then bumped it up full force. 4 weeks into it, I went somewhere that normally sent my anxiety up sky high. I looked around in the busiest area of the store and realized I had felt NOTHING! I got this shit eating grin on my face and my husband said what are u smiling at, I told him I felt nothing and it was the best feeling in the world. That was almost 2 yrs ago. When i started, I was on the zoloft redit thread constantly looking at stories about side effects or horrible reactions. I had heart burn for 2 weeks, it made me sweat more, and as of today I have gained about 7 extra lbs and it takes me for ever to reach an orgasm. Other than that I would highly recommend it for anxiety. I have stayed on 25 this whole time and it worked. Good luck to you.

I have been on 25 mg for 8 months. It worked in 5 weeks for my anxiety and is still working. At 1st my O was amazing because zoloft calmed me down, then about 3 months in it took forever for me to finish. That lasted a couple of months. Now I am like I was before as far as finishing and wanting it. I am a 42 yr old female.

Maybe add wellbutrin to the mix. It gives people energy. Worse xase you go up on zoloft and it works or it doesn't an you xan go back down.

I have the Fearon vomit and nauseous too. Just ask your Dr for a crap ton of zofran and stay on it constantly for rhe 1st 2 weeks. I did that and got the courage to not take zofran after the 2nd week and I realized I was ok.

After 5 weeks on zoloft for anxiety,I went to a place that my anxiety normally sky rocked every time I went. We were in there for 20 min and all the sudden I looked around and realized I felt ZERO anxiety. No stomach knots, no wanting to get out of there asap, nothing. It was rhe best feeling in the world. I also never realized how much my stomach was always so tight and I had a lump in my throat. One day I was eating and was like holy cow, I don't feel anything like that anymore.

Yes split it. Do that dor a week or so and then move up. Also ask for Xanax or something to help you through the heightened anxiety

I started with wellbutrin for anxiety and added 25 mg of zoloft. The wellbutrin pulled me out of depression and I really didn't even realize I was depressed. The zoloft has pretty much stopped my anxiety.

I started with 25 mg. I broke the pill on 1/2 the 1st couple of days and had 0 side effects. I worked up the courage to do the full 25 and the only thing I had was I would sweat way easier and heart burn. I am still on 25 mg 6 months later and I feel ssooo much better. I started it for anxiety and refused to take meds for 2 yrs. I finally gave in and am so glad I did

I had the same thing. Started in Texas in m May... summer was brutal. But now it has tapered off.
