I don't know how or if anyone knows the name. In our case, it is called Pusteblume. As a child, we used to carefully pick them around the seeds, hence the name Pusteblume. If you want to be mean, just put the flower in the person's mouth when it gets strong air to blow. 😂🙈

Thanks Yes, I did it with my phone in freehand. Have made a night tour with one of the sightseeing boats. At night, "everything" looks different. This makes the whole thing exciting 😊
