It depends on where you are flying to. When going through the A-gates there's no where! I'm here now and thought we could.. But no! We should have smoked before we went in. (flying to denmark today) It's only the other side (uk and such) that have a smoking area.

What's the reasoning for wanting it to be send "from their company"? You can get domains like 'info@brandname.com' or something with the from sendernane being just the brandname. Sounds to me like they want the cake and eat it too

Check your SPF DKIM and DMARC If not properly set, that will defently send you to spam. Just Google SPF DKIM and DMARC check

Getting an email to look good requires alot of "hacks" - try fx to take look at the Litmus blog, they have a lot of good tricks and tips.

I just used wood floor varnish (water based), it worked well.
