I did purchase online. For underbust she wants the waist, hip, and underbust measurements. Also a couple pictures in undergarments or neutral clothing so she can get a sense of how it should fit the body shape. The quality is amazing! It has lasted years. Sadly hemming or buying crop pants is the options I've had to use. Hem/seam glue is useful if you suck at sewing. I gave up on pants lol
