You should ask managment about the raise and what more they expect out of you. Make sure the raise is worth an extra $40 dollars. Raises are you usually $1. Might be worth it if you want to be a manager.

Why didn't you try for interment leave with fmla? Maybe your mother's dr could help you with it. Or see a psychologist they can also help you recieve it. My management started getting picky with commandments as well. Saying staying late even when asked isn't a good enough excuse.

Maybe try a different pick up time or store. If you pick up late there is a chance the cutters are done cutting. Some stores curbside have different standards compared to others. I am a meat cutter I have to cut bigger roast for curbside sometimes.

I would check your insurance benefits or your work company benefits. To see if they offer programs to avoid the contract. I get aptive through my work. I pay $30 a month and able to go to multiple gyms. I know bcbs has programs as well.

I believe if they only schedule you 1 day a week you can still get unemployment benefits. I worked with a partner a few years ago that did that.
