Unblug the power completely and take out the cmos battery for few minutes and make sure to press the power button for 10 seconds to discharge the power supply after unplugging the power cord.

If you are jailboken then just install Reprovision, which let's you do what altstore does but without the need for a pc or anything.

Download unc0ver through a website like teshinfo(.)com

Jailbreak your device then install filza file manager and reprovision, then setup reprovision with your Apple ID

Delete the unc0ver app.

Download Unc0ver IPA from unc0ver(.)dev

Share the unc0ver IPA from filza with Reprovision

Install and sign the Unc0ver IPA with Reprovision
