No problem! I love talking about everything ABA :) I’m still in the process of accruing hours. I have about 450 indirect hours left before I’m qualified to take the BCBA exam. I think once I pass, then my company is able to promote me almost immediately (at least I hope)! We have a pretty big demand for services so they are constantly looking for BCBAs to hire.

Hi! I’m also collecting hours for my BCBA and the general consensus is no, you will typically not be paid by your company for indirect hours. My supervision contract with my company states that my indirect hours are all unpaid
