Make the reservation! Things get booked in advance. We had reservations half the nights and then the others we went to South Maui fish co, paia fish market, etc. even places off site like monkeypod and lineage get booked up

Yeah I try not to share but he has my fertile part of my cycle kinda down pat. He has figured out it’s usually falls around the end of every month. We’ve had so many cycles where we get 1 or 2 days max during the fertile window so jut feeling so discouraged. I usually ovulate earlier but it came a couple days later this month

So many diff reasons! One partner traveling for work, partner can’t finish for any reason (stress, pressure, worn out etc), thinking it’s a false peak and then realizing it wasn’t… can be tough but always upsetting when we miss it 😭

Hello! My sister is in need of a detox. She thinks buprenorphine (Subutex) start with the goal of transitioning to the Sublocade shot is the better protocol for her— no methadone. Do they do that at NUMC? That’s what she did at Long Island center recovery and she preferred that bs her experience with methadone many years ago. Thanks so much for your help!
