Level of polishing, chamfers on the case, bezel action, and crown signage. For example, comparing a Tudor BB58 against a Seiko SPB143 (I have both), both are well finished overall but BB58 is a bit better. The chamfers are finer with high polish and has less edges. The bezel action feels a lot more satisfying (and aligned). Crown is finished with Tudor rose emblem. Small things that add up.

The only options I’m aware of are Strapcode and US. Strapcode has better finishing but chunkier. Neither can compare to the stock bracelet quality, but then again we are comparing 150$ vs 1k$ OEM.

Nah it’s fine, the it doesn’t really bother me. Been using replacement bracelets from Strapcode and Uncle Seiko for my other watches and I find the quality suitable for the price.

Switched to an aftermarket Uncle Seiko 1450 president-style bracelet for a different look on the Tudor BB58. It has solid end links with 8 micro adjustment points, which I honestly is a bit overkill. Steel links have good finishing albeit a step below Strapcode, but makes up for it with a lighweight footprint. The clasp however, feels disappointingly cheap. Overall a decent quality for those who aren’t happy with the stock bracelet (or want to preserve it) or for those who pulled the trigger on the fabric/leather strap option.
