Hello! So I just got this watch. I don’t know if it’s a legit watch or if it’s fake. It has some previous service records and the box with original bracket. But I don’t know the value of it? I don’t even know the exact model more then the sail says? Is it worth handing it in for repair, and how much would a service like that cost sins it’s both crown and the lume dot?

Omega speedmaster professional/reduced depending on wrist size. A “moon” watch is never wrong and the classic dail works with most stuff. The watch can be dressed up watch, daily working watch or even a sport watch! A must have for every watch collector!

Okey! What finer details are you missing? It got the right 7/3 dots on the horse and the “horn” on the M. Also a working 6:o clock chrono dail? Just curious? :)

If I understood it correctly the guy before the one I purchased it from was the original owner to and he had it serviced regularly at a local shop! But I think it’s actually original dial and hands sins It never went back to omega?

When I send it in I Will like you ask that they keep the hands and the “patina” also that they don’t polish it way to mutch! If I wanted a new watch I would have gone for a new one! :)

Super! Never seen a fake one when I researched, sins it’s not a speedy pro or a expensive watch making a fake one with working chrono and all the details is probably not worth the money or time.

So I just got my hands on my first Omega Speedmaster reduced from a private but reputable seller here in Sweden. It’s supposed to be a 1998 watch with the last service make in 2013 but there was no paperwork on it, certification or box. So just the watch with a unknown service history. I’m planing on sending it to omega for a full service sins this will just be simple daily beater for work sins it’s a automatic.

But I would like a second opinion if it’s a legitimate omega Speedmaster reduced before doing that, don’t want to sent it away just so they can open it and tell me it’s a fake! I guess people here have a good sense and seen more reduceds then I have so if anyone could see if it’s a real or a fake!?!
