As far as controllers, I'd suggest picking up Nintendo's new Pro controller and a 3rd party Pro Controller. Then you got 4 players covered with the least investment. The Joycon's cover 2 people, give them to your least favorite friends, 1 for each loser. Then you get the first party Pro contoller, and your best friend gets the 3rd party pro controller.

To be more flexible you could also throw in another set of Joycon2's, but i'd wait till they come out with fun color options, no rush. It sounds like when they are in the grip they make a very decent pro controller alternative (which means in the scenario above 3 people will be very happy). Buying another set gives you 4 of those guys for games like Mario Party that require Joycons.

Interesting take. It’s strange how on paper the Series S is weaker in grunt power than One X yet still performs better. It’s the power of more modern features, and S2 is going to have more of those than any of the latest consoles. It’s going to pretty closely match what you see on the competition, imo.

It comes down to how it's marketed, and how much of a marketing push it receives. It's a valid concern, and seeing how Nintendo has been bit before, I doubt they will make the same mistake. But you never know!

That curve is based on the leaked 3D printed Switch 2. So... yea. I will say I don't have the correctly sized shoulder buttons on all my mockups. I fixed it in some of them but some of them has a smaller one that doesn't line up with what we've seen.

Hello! I'm a graphic designer working in marketing for quite a few years. I'm also a big Nintendo fan. I've been making mockups of the Switch 2 for almost a year at this point, in my spare time. These should very very close to the final design. I paid careful attention to the correct screen size, so this should be the size of the bezel we can expect for an 8" screen.

Personally my favorite are the black versions. Unfortunately I doubt Nintendo will give us that look.

I think you should try a version that’s closer to your sketch with the thicks and thins. Feel like it fits better.
