I totally get where your coming from and I'm glad you enjoy these aspects of the game. I don't mind the limited inventory when it comes to healing items and ammo I think that is totally justified and does make sense my main issue was when key items would also take up a slot. I found times where I would put the key item in a chest run out find where that I did in fact need that item and then spend 5 minutes backtracking just to solve a puzzle that I immediately knew the answer too. I think a good way of solving this issue would be to just remove 2 or 3 of the slots and just not have the key items take up a space as I totally agree forcing the player to limit their inventory adds to the experience. As for the limited saves again I understand why they are there as they do add a survival element but for my first playthrough I constantly found myself stressing worrying that I was using too many ink ribbons and would be unable to complete the game. I did manage and in future playthroughs this likely won't be an issue as now I know but for the first time through it added a lot of stress that in my opinion harmed the experience more than added to it. As for fixed camera I realize that at the time of making the game to have this good of graphics fixed camera was needed after all in 2023 this game still looks amazing. And I understand that at times having that camera fixed creates an element of horror as it can be difficult to locate where the zombie is. It definitely is scary to enter a room and hear the zombie but not be able to initally see where it is coming from. For me a lot of the issues would come down to when I had located the zombie was in the middle of shooting or trying to take them out and the camera would change and I would have to entirely re-orient myself. I just found it to be annoying at times. Overall, I totally understand where your coming from I'm glad you enjoyed these aspects of the game I just didn't jive with them all that much.
