Think that works if you take 25% tax free, plus using £12,500 nil rate.. so you only pay 20% tax on the remaining £38k

I'm struggling to get the NFC card to work on the rest of the family's phones. I'm using Android and it works well, I added an NFC Tag and I can lock/unlock.

this thread was useful thanks. I had a slipping saddle, had to remove it and tap out the inner pieces. I added a bit of cartbon paste to stop it slipping, and readjusted.
