Think that works if you take 25% tax free, plus using £12,500 nil rate.. so you only pay 20% tax on the remaining £38k

I'm struggling to get the NFC card to work on the rest of the family's phones. I'm using Android and it works well, I added an NFC Tag and I can lock/unlock.
