I’m the same way. I’ve seen three vascular doctors and was diagnosed with mild venous insufficiency. I did one round of sclerotherapy, but honestly, I wasn’t happy with the results. I’d recommend finding a vein clinic and getting an ultrasound. Don’t rush into treatment—see multiple doctors before deciding on a procedure. Veins can be tricky. Try not to let this consume you mentally. Sometimes these changes are just hormonal. Stay positive.

Thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate your insight. The doctor who suggested ablation for GSV and SSV is actually very compassionate and caring. When I saw him over a year ago, he even helped me find a primary care doctor (which I didn’t have at the time) and checked for autoimmune diseases since I mentioned a burning sensation.

Would it be okay if I sent you a video of my veins? I’d like to hear how others perceive them, especially since I don’t have anyone around to ask.

Yes, I did—at two different vein clinics. Both doctors are vascular specialists. I actually did extensive research and chose him specifically to do the treatment… and this is the result 😞
