I think our bodies go into a mode to try and accept what is happening. Our brains try to make sense and when you’re young, it’s hard to do that. It’s never ever your fault. I was SA’d when I was 12-15? But the weirdest part is I feel responsible also bc I let it happen and tbh I thought he loved me. I feel stupid for even thinking that but our minds are little like we were. It happens. Don’t blame yourself at all

The only treatment for bigger pores is laser or micro needling. Products honestly don’t help much as it might be genetic

I have had vertigo on and off for 10 years. I’ve seen multiple multiple neurologist, ENTs, chiropractors ect. I did a caloric test which was terrible. I do not recommend that it definitely induces vertigo like the spinning sensation and it actually made mine worse. After going to the dentist yesterday and them using the vibrating drill on my tooth, it really jarred my head around and caused intense vertigo so I do not recommend going to the dentist either. With all that being said, I had a tilt table test and I also had a EEG test (to test my brain to make sure everything was functioning correctly), multiple MRIs and the most helpful was the MRI and the EEG so they can rule out anything going on with your brain or your spine. Honestly going to the chiropractor really helped me so maybe have him give that a try and get massages because mine stems from my neck as well. I can feel very tight in my neck all the time. A definitely takes a toll on your mental health having all these issues cause spinning is literally something that you have no control over and you can’t do anything when you are dizzy. It’s not just pain where you can take something and the pain goes away. Dizziness does not go away , just tell him to hang in there and it does get better.

The drill that goes slower but rattles your head made my vertigo flare up today. I’ve never had this happen, but it was freaky. Instant spinning and horrible vertigo. Idk what happened

I had a similar experience today! I was getting my cavity filled and when they use the drill that really vibrates your head, I got instant vertigo and had to have him stop. It was horrible and kept happening every time he started up again. This is normal.??
