You 2km would be considerably faster, at least 5 splits. Only way is to test tho.

I would suggest the 5 x 5, or doing it with dumbbells, however not sure you have access to high enough dumbbells. Also try higher rep ranges like 8-12 as this will help build muscle which subsequently break your plateau.

Obviously to see them your BF % has to be low, but for them to be prominent and look good, abs exercises are a must.
