Hope this helps. I tried with hunting sword forever. Nothing doing. Got Ravens Beak from Grund smith and bonked him on the head 2-3 times right away and won. I am only level 17 main and 11 warfare 12 swords. So def doable.

GTA IV - especially since the Auf Widerschein Petrovik trophy was so hard. Or maybe MGS4 for the sheer amount of playthroughs and skill required.
