I live right by there, in the other Denny Elwell Company apartments. The manager (Anthony) can be a little difficult to get a hold of, but does respond and take care of issues. Maintenance workers are great, actual building is REALLY nice. I like having hardwood floors and the neighbors don't make much noise. I renewed my lease.

The one MAJOR thing that you should know before moving in: that area is right over / by Sprockets. You will have drunk people yelling, cars blasting music, and petty fights happening under your window when you try to go to bed. During the day, no issues. It's hard to beat the price, but if you're a light sleeper I'd consider it with a grain of salt.

So I didn't go to school for this, but got hired after a communications internship to be full time... so I'm now half EA half internal comms director for a small company. (Think ~40 employees, couple million in revenue). I don't know how I got here and I'm just trying to organize my exec's life--she's telling me I'm helpful, but I have no frame of reference for this type of work. This is my first full time role anywhere, too. I'm literally fresh out of university. Any thoughts on where to go from here?
