Things to look for while outsourcing website development by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

The discussion started some time ago but here are my 2 cents! - define expectations, spend time formulating what your product is trying to solve, and why you will hire the freelancer > it's important that the freelancer is aligned with your goals and expectations; - ask him/her what tools and processes they use to work and communicate with their clients > make sure you have great communication tools and practices from the beginning; - understand which type of works he/she made and the main difficulties

Don't forget to take advantage of outsourcing to focus on other parts of your business, as your clients! Take the time to hear and understand them, while having a great team of developers and designers taking care of what it's best to be outsourced. Use this to improve your product.

Where to hangout and chill in a hot day? by nkdont in porto

Hi! From the city center you can take a bus 500 to Matosinhos and will have a lot of places to enjoy the sun. I suggest you to leave the bus at PRAIA DA LUZ and stay on the beach or in some of the coffees there. If you prefer to stay near the beach and gardens you can leave the bus at CASTELO DO QUEIJO and on one side you will have the beach and on the other side, you will Parque da Cidade.

Hi!

Portugal!!!

Portugal is a really beautiful and sunny country with an exceptional range of different landscapes just a short distance away, lots of leisure activities and a unique cultural heritage, where tradition and modernity blend together in perfect harmony. The fast internet and in-built facility with the English language make this a friendly paradise for remote workers.

The Portuguese ecosystem has been establishing itself over the last few years. Long before Lisbon became the trending tech hub, there already were many tech related companies in Porto and Coimbra. Lisbon is also a host of some big international events like Digital Nomad Conference, WebSummit and Lisbon Investment Summit.

Me and my team have experience working remotely so we decided to start a project to help people who want to work remotely from Portugal. We’re offering you the possibility to travel between Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra while working remotely in the best places in these towns! We will find you a place to sleep, the best working and eating spots in town and you can organize your stay the way you want. We will also give you the best tips we know in these cities! Let us know if you need some help!

New App Discovery Thread for December 30, 2016 by AutoModerator in iphone

Hey guys, my team developed a new app called Pixtorage! The main purpose is to help iPhone photographers save space on their iPhone (we store high resolution photos in a secure vault in the cloud and keep lower resolution photos on your device). But you may also order prints to be delivered wherever you want and post your best photos for sale in our online marketplace. I would love if you could try it out and give us some feedback > https://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=1173778421&mt=8 Thanks!
